Location: Nanshan district, Shenzhen

The following are the main points in the contract:
1. Your working time will be no more than forty (40) hours per week (five (5) days a week). During the contract period, working time will be 8:20-17:20 from Monday to Friday (except Wednesdays as we have training; therefore, the working time will be 8:20-18:00).
2.We will provide a basic wage (20,000 – 28,000) + including a Housing allowance (5000), a monthly salary in total RMB 25,000 - 33000（Pre-tax;). The Pay cycle is from the 1st to the 31st of the month, Payable on the 15th of next month.
3. You will get RMB 7,000 yuan (after tax) reimbursement for an airline ticket allowance each summer.
4. You will receive a gratuity of RMB 10,000 yuan (after-tax) when completing the contract satisfactorily.
5. There is a re-signing bonus of RMB 5,000 payable in December 2025 if a new 2-year contract is signed.
6. We will apply and pay for your work and residence permits in China and responsible for the costs involved in these applications.
7. Your salary will continue to be paid during all Chinese statutory holidays and additional 6 weeks of contractual holidays. The six weeks can only be taken during school vacations during the contract period, following school calendar. There may be additional management time as needed.

holiday usage would be as follows.
· Winter (Xmas) Vacation is 2 weeks.
· New Year 3 days (if not part of winter holiday)
· Summer vacation is 4 weeks.
· Chinese New Year 7 days
· Golden week 1 week (Makeup days)
· Tomb-sweeping 1 day.
· Dragon boat 3 days (Makeup days)
· Labour Day 5 days (Makeup days)
· Mid-autumn festival 8 days (Makeup days)

REQUIREMENTS
• English native speaker
• Bachelor's or above;
• Prior more than one year experience working with 1.5-4 aged children
• Major of Early Childhood education preferred
• Meeting Chinese work visa application requirements
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Able to interact with students of all ages and skill levels
