Preschool Teacher

Job Descriptions
Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, pedagogical knowledge, and the needs of students by providing relevant learning experience;
Design coherent instruction and engage students in learning;
Manage classroom procedures and managing student behaviors;
Create an environment of respect and support;
Equipment set up and maintenance, such as teaching materials and classroom decoration;
Document students’ learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning;
Participate in school-wide teaching activities;
A reliable resource for parents;

Requirements:
Native English speaker;Bachelor's degree or above (in Education/Early Childhood Education related majors);
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
Clear criminal background check;
At least two years’ homeroom teaching experience with young kids from 2-6 years old;
PGCE/US Teaching license or other equivalent teaching qualification is highly preferred;

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range from 25,000 to 32,000 RMB after tax based on experience and qualifications;
Housing allowance included in the salary package;

Paid 5 weeks Summer holiday (some teacher might not have 5 consecutive weeks of vacation but totally would be 5 weeks.
School would make the schedule for that.
Among the 5 weeks, 3 weeks can ensure continuous vacation)
