Responsibilities:

• Lead the Pre-contract division and undertake full tendering process
• Responsible for all technical and estimating matters in connection with tenders
• Develop and implement SOPs related to Pre-contract management and best practice

Requirement:

• Degree holder is in Building/Civil or relevant disciplines
• At least 10 years relevant work experience
• Member of professional association is an advantage
• Good leadership and communication skills
