Job Description

Job Title: Pre-Invoicing Specialist
Location: Chalfont St. Peter (Hybrid Role: 2 days in the Office - 3 days from Home)
 
About The Role:
The IP Operations Pre-Invoice Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the timely invoicing of all cases across the varying service levels, the onboarding of clients to various e-billing platforms and any additional required reporting.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for onboarding of clients to new e-billing platforms
  • Liaison with Finance when IP Ops involvement is required to resolve credit control issues
  • Updating and maintaining client pricelists in all necessary locations
  • Handling of client accrual requests
  • Assist with any financial reporting to be sent to clients such as Accrual requests and consolidated invoicing
  • Ensure all cases are ready to be invoiced in a timely manner
  • Train and assist Pre-Invoice Assistant(s)
  • Proactively highlight improvements and ensure best practice across the Pre-Invoice team
  • Ensure all queries are dealt with on a timely basis, in a professional manner
  • Creation of LEDES files

 
Requirements:

  • Agresso & Excel knowledge essential
  • Complicated pricing, multi-company and multi-currency exposure required
  • Self-motivation, ability to work independently and develop own initiatives to improve current system
  • Impeccable organizational skills and eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and experience of workload prioritisation
  • Good level of verbal and written communication skills
