Position: In-Home English Tutor for Infants & Toddlers (0-3 Years)

Responsibilities:
• Design & deliver sensory-rich English immersion sessions for infants (0-3 years)
• Implement interactive learning through songs, nursery rhymes, tactile activities, and developmental play
• Guide parents in reinforcing English exposure through daily routines
• Create personalized lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones
• Use Montessori-inspired techniques for early language acquisition
• Maintain detailed progress reports for each child
• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment during home visits

Requirements:
✓ Native/Near-native English proficiency (Clear diction essential)
✓ 1+ years experience in early childhood education (infant-specific preferred)
✓ Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA with early years specialization
✓ Deep understanding of infant cognitive development
✓ Patient, energetic personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
✓ Valid work visa for China (We assist qualified candidates)
✓ Clean background check & health certificate
✓ Reliable transportation for home visits across Shanghai
