Job Description

Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Engineering related is required.
• Up to 8 years of relevant working experience of which 4 years of hands-on technical roles, with recent per-sales and/or technical sales/solutions assignments.
• Proven success as well as substantial working experience with companies providing industry software solutions for the manufacturing sector - incl. MPDV, Rockwell, GE, Siemens, Honeywell or similar players.
• Solid technical understanding of Windows server OS architecture, C#, SQL Server, Oracle database.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and high level of creativity is essential.
• Comfortable (experienced) in C-level interactions, strong planning, execution and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated go getter, requiring minimum supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English.
• Pro-active and able to work effectively within a multi-functional and cross-cultural team across organizational and functional boundaries.
• Availability to travel in China and the APAC region as and when required.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
• Lead the sales life cycle for Bosch 4.0 solutions from technical side and resolve technical queries arising from our clients. Participate in the preparation and presentation of technical proposals and assist in negotiations and closing of deals as required.
• Responsible for request for quotation (RFQ), application project implementation and management.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with sales, professional services and product management teams across the business unites and specifically also product owner in Germany.
• Work closely with engineering team in the solution's and delivery of sales and business development initiatives.
• Train customers and partners on our products and solutions as and when required.
• Represent Bosch i4.0 solution in external and internal events to create awareness and knowledge about our products and solutions. Assist in the creation of collateral and presentations for local market needs.
