Job Description
#### Position Description:


This role is for an external, customer-facing Pre-sales Intake Project
Manager. The Pre-sales Intake Project Manager role supports configuration
services with a detailed work instruction, resource requirements and scoped
timelines for client projects. They provide Project Management support to
resources across multiple teams (Sales and Solutioning) in order to achieve
the project objectives on time, within scope, and on budget. They may also be
responsible for coordinating with multiple project managers (Pre-sales and
Delivery) and can be dedicated to a common project or a small number of
large/highly complex customer projects/deliverables at any one time.

• Supports project management activities, including collaborating and
coordinating across the organization and ensuring:
• Changes that affect scope, schedule and resources are identified, managed,
communicated and controlled.
• Scope is followed, approved, managed, controlled; ensuring completed
deliverables are agreed and signed off by the client.
• Schedule is developed and managed in conjunction with the Delivery Project
Managers ensuring on-time delivery.
• Resources are assigned and managed effectively and efficiently.
• Risks and issues are proactively identified, communicated and
managed/mitigated.
• Owns the execution of regular cadence meetings to ensure stakeholder
engagement, expectations are aligned, accurately set and managed across the
team and with the client.
• Subject Matter Expert on project management standards and overall value-add
to both internal and external stakeholders.
• High level engagement in support of Services Sales, requirements gathering,
scoping, alignment and knowledge transfer
• Plan, schedule, communicate and manage project timelines.
• Monitor and report progress to the management team, key stakeholders and
delivery
• Deliver detailed project handover to delivery Project Managers to execute
the project scope

#### Position Requirements:


• Certified Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) is highly preferred.
• Experience/Certified in ITIL v4.0 highly preferred
• Experience in working with e2e business enablement project including
opportunity to contract, order, manufacturer, delivery, billing, payment,
service is highly preferred.
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be client focused and have excellent client facing communication skills
• Be passionate about technical topics, be goal/outcome focused and should
always be looking to improve the business area and themselves professionally
• Excellent project planning and prioritization skills
• Have experience with ServiceNow or other workflow management tooling
• Able to be self-motivated and 100% work self-sufficient
• Ability to work to high pressure deadlines
• Can act as a mentor to others to continuously improve the organisation
• Can educate, present and provide training if required to varying sizes of
audience and skill set
• Ability to take ownership through to conclusion, lead and resolve
escalations across teams
• Experience in Agile Project Management techniques is an advantage
• Fluent English required, other languages are an advantage

Base gross monthly salary from 1500 EUR, depending on experience + variable
part
