We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team.
You will be a hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to lead by example. A Housekeeping professional with extensive experience in a similar role, alongside a passion for empowering, developing and motivating your team to succeed.
We are seeking someone with a strong customer focus and a meticulous eye for detail to assist in the oversight of the Housekeeping operation, managing the cleanliness standards for our Guest rooms, public and back of house areas across our portfolio of 3 Hotels and 545 Hotel rooms.
A driven problem solver, you will have a creative approach to overcoming sticky situations and will be well versed to plan and coordinate all housekeeping tasks and activities. Ideally, you will have sound computer skills to support your administrative tasks and a strong understanding of manual handling and safe work practices.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a similar position in a Housekeeping department leadership role or similar (Front Office/Rooms Division).
- Experience managing teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Familiar with Risk Management, WHS legislation, ISO and Sustainability Practices.
- Able to work on numerous tasks/projects at one time, to budget and timelines.
- Have the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet organizational goals
- High degree of self-awareness with demonstrated aptitude for self-improvement
