• ideally degree educated but this is not essential if you can show you are graduate calibre - the top biller last year used to be an ice-cream salesman (albeit a very good one!)
• ideally some sales experience - again this not essential but selling air is a sales job so this is definitely beneficial.
• something that makes you stand out - a recent hire was a karate black-belt that had represented the UK at international level.
• most importantly - a desire to be successful. Your phone won't ring and your clients won't come to you. If you can prove you are pro-active and hungry this company will like you.

岗位职责：

1、通过多渠道调查并分析海外预制模块建筑代市场的状况，及时掌握海外行业内市场和项目的信息；

2、负责预制模块建筑海外市场推广、开拓和产品销售工作；

3、负责协调设计等各部门对客户需求分析、项目概算/招标文件的编制；

4、负责国内外预制模块建筑专业展会的参展、客户接待及业务洽谈等工作。

5、跟进已立项的自身业务的进度、收付款情况；

岗位要求：

1、.良好的英语听说读写能力，能与外商顺畅沟通；

2、有海外工作经验或长期生活在海外者优先；

3、有一定海外地产、预制模块建筑行业客户资源或有独立开发海外客户工作经历和能力；

4、良好的个人信誉和人脉关系，有积极进取和团队协作的精神；

5、有责任感，应变能力强，勤奋好学。
