The Opportunity:

We are looking for Premier Advisory Recruitment, Analyst for Premier Advisory (PA) which is the professional full-time model of AIA Vietnam and it is expectedly scaled up in the couple of coming years. Recruitment is the key objective in the model that helps PA maximize all opportunities to plan, identify and execute the recruitment program to the right segments for recruiting the business resources in all levels.

Report to: Senior Manager, Premier Advisory

Location: Hanoi

Job Responsibilities:

The role must ensure effective sourcing plan, assessment and closing approach to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly recruitment targets, in particular:

1. Providing Hiring Services:

  • Partner with the business to understand business needs, priorities to develop appropriate recruitment plan to acquire right talents.
  • Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates and build good recruitment pipeline.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening; to selection, salary proposal, offer and on-boarding in an efficient and professional.
  • Consistently and proactively communicate throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
  • Provide ideas and participate in PA’s employment branding and activities serving for long-term strategy and annual plan. 

2. Ensuring quality of hiring:

  • Ensure recruitment quality through hiring process and focus on engagement activities  in first year of new hires.
  • Provide ideas and participate in all activities/ initiative for Sale engagement and retention.
  • Continuously review current process, identify gaps and propose recommendations to streamlines workflows. cate with applicants by sending notifications, acknowledgement letters, notifications of Job Offer, thank you letters, etc. and support new employees to integrate in the early days of joining the company. Coordinates with the Recruitment Manager in ensuring that the Recruitment process is well observed and managed.

3. Other HR admin task:

  • Offering process
  • Onboarding process
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Graduated from College, University
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same position. Priority for candidates with experience in recruitment for insurance companies, banks.
  • Proficient in office computing (Word, Excel, ...)
  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Skills of independent working, teamwork.
  • Honest, hardworking and enthusiastic at work.
  • Resistant to work pressure
