We are looking for Premier Training, Analyst position. This position will conduct all training program for Nest & exchange. Setup training workshop for RMs, BMs. Support to event Nest & presentation for Vendor, Company, Partner…. and improve ratio achieve target for Premier Advisory.

Role and Responsibilities

Premier Advisor Training Course:

• Deliver all training program for PA & Leader
• Setup Workshop training, product, activity for Sales Team
• Discuss & Communicate With BH, XH, Direct manager setup training Schedule (Workshop, training session….)
• Manage and update all sales training database and sales training record
• Ensure all sales agents (new as well as existing) have thorough knowledge of products, sales skills and techniques to consult and provide customers with the right financial solutions.
• To be considered as a valuable referring resource of products (T&C) and sales skills for all sales force and sales managers (both staff and agency).

Supervise:

• Follow all activity, Ratio active, training roadmap, KPI of new PA (Rookies)
• Support new PAs in 3 months, improve ratio active, case per active & pass probation

Support sales:

• Support all activity of Office Nest & Exchange, present for Vendor, Partner of AIA.
• Build up relationship with Sales team & all Department.  

Other:

• Fulfill KPIs set by Company.
• Co-operate with sales team to support agency force including PA, Leader in terms of training knowledge and skills.
• Comply with Ministry of Finance and Company’s rules and guidelines in training process and procedure.
• Travels as requested by Direct Manager.
• Self-develop to catch up with Company and Sales force’s expectations.
• Support training team in related work.

Job Requirements:

• Education: University graduates
• Good for both Vietnamese and English
• Proficient in basis office software application (Microsoft Office)
• Experiences in Training at least 1 year
• Good communication, persuasion and inter-personal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Ability to complete evaluations, reporting and analysis
• Training skill & good presentation
