Responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums of AIA products and services to agents and partners

• Training: Deliver all training program, Workshop Product & Skills for XP/RM, XPM/BM (Sales team)
• Planing: Discuss & Communicate With XH,BH,  Direct manager setup training Schedule (Workshop, training session….)
• Supervise: Follow all activity, Ratio active, training roadmap, KPI of new RMs, XPs (Rookies). Manage and update all sales training database and sales training record
• Support Sales: Support all activity of Office Nest & exchange, present for Vendor, Partner of AIA. Build up relationship with Sales team & all Department.
• Travel as requested by DM  
• Support training team in related work.
