Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent and professional pre & after sales customer service
• Handle customers' enquiries and order to enhance customer experience, by phone call and email in English
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers
• Increase overall sales by cross-selling and up-selling

Requirements:

• 2 years direct experience in call center/premium customer service in retail industry
• Fluent in Chinese; good in English, both spoken and written
• Proficient in English typing
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and patient
