Our client is a reputable concierge services provider across the globe. Their Hong Kong office is now expanding and they are seeking for high calibre candidates to join their leading team. The chosen candidate must have previous customer services experience with excellent spoken English and Cantonese. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members

• Answer members’ enquiries on travel related issues through inbound calls and emails
• Arrange booking for flight and hotel for members
• Deliver professional customer support to enhance brand loyalty
• Make reservation as requested by members
• Resolve members complaints in a professional manner
• Handle ad hoc tasks as requested by management team

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder (HD / Asso are also welcome)
• At least 1 year experience in Tourism / Hotel / Food & Beverage / Events fields
• Relevant experience in call centre and CS is preferable
• Excellent English is a must
• Passionate, cheerful, energetic and customer-oriented personality
• Strong passion in concierge/guest service
