The EMEA Data Center Channel team is looking for an experienced Sales and
Business development professional to drive Data Center sales with our largest
Pan EMEA and Top tier resellers.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the extended EMEA Channel and
product teams as well as the various in country channel teams to build and
execute a comprehensive growth plan for this critical segment of our channel.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
• Lead the overall EMEA Data Center business (DCG) strategy and sales for our
top tier (Platinum & Gold) & key solution specialist (Expert) Business
Partners .
• Deliver DCG revenue growth through development and ownership of strategic
growth plans for key pan-EMEA Resellers
• Cultivate and maintain the relationship with key Reseller contacts and high
level executives and create a long term strategic partnership plan with those
resellers
• Drive adoption of key partner programs focused on solution sales (Expert
Partner program) with the country Partner Account Managers across EMEA.
• Design and implement a business management system to track top reseller
performance against key program and business metrics including revenue growth
and certification
• Participate in key partner enablement and training events for your partner
segments
• Participate in regular Intra-company interlocks and engagements with key
functions including product management, marketing, finance, and sales
operations.
You will report to Executive Director of Channel Sales for the Data Center
Group in EMEA supporting key partners across EMEA.
#### Position Requirements:
What will you bring :
• Over 5 years of experience with channel partner development in the Data
Center Infrastructure space.
• Proven track record of delivering growth through development of executable
investment plans for large indigenous and Pan EMEA resellers
• Ability to communicate across all levels of seniority within your resellers.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex business and channel strategies
in order to position Lenovo's relevant solutions and program benefits.
• Strong account management, planning and sales reporting skills.
• Fluent in English
