Our client is a multinational banking and financial services holding company. To meet their constant growth, they are now seeking a Digital Banking Customer Service Specialist. You will be given full support from the experienced team members in the field.

Responsibilities

• Tend to in-bound calls
• Assist with customer enquires
• Assist with customers’ membership transactions
• Provide excellent customer service
• No selling is required

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree Holder is preferred but not a must
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
• 1-2 years of work experience; preferably in Banking and Finance industry
