Position Overview We are looking for a Presales Software Developer to be hired for our Digital Industries business in Athens or elsewhere in Greece. As a Software Developer and Presales support you will have the opportunity to work on the world’s leading enterprise low-code platform (Mendix) by working on different projects with different business needs as well as define processes and Mendix best practices at Siemens Digital Industries. Your Challenge Develop high quality and scalable enterprise applications with Mendix using modern engineering practices Work closely with the design team on creating the solution which improves business value Build industry specific apps using Siemens low code-no code application development platform (Mendix) Conduct workshop with cross functional Siemens and client teams to define client use requirements and use cases Demonstrate/present/deliver Mendix based apps that meet client use cases Primary responsibilities include building demonstrations using Mendix, participate in workshops, position Mendix from a technical perspective and work with services/engagement managers in scoping the solution Coordinate with other presales, services, partners and clients to increase adoption of Mendix usage Presales Support on building, positioning, demonstrating using Siemens low code-no code application platform (Mendix) based apps for Industry. What you need to bring with you B.S or M.S in Computer Science, computer Engineering, Information Technology Required technical experience (2+ years of any software development) Required knowledge, skills, or expertise: Software development, database skills, familiarity in working with API’s, UI/UX skills, ability to work with cross functional teams collaboratively Growth Mindset: Desire to continuous learning, comfortable with ambiguity, willingness to unlearn and relearn Results/ Goals orientation and self-motivation for personal and career development within a dynamic working environment Natural curiosity to collaborate with others, grow within a team and ask questions Self-starter with aggressive energy to accomplish assigned tasks on time What can we further offer?
