该岗位全中文授课！！！

岗位职责描述（兼职）：
1. 负责教授大学合作办学项目专业课程，专业为学前教育
2. 按照学校制定的课程计划进行授课，并安排阶段性测试
3. 服从教学部的工作安排，达成公司及学校要求的各项教学任务及目标
4. 根据学校要求提供教学课件等相关教学材料，配合学校审核
5. 对学生进行有效课堂管理
6. 工作时间：2024年3月起，周一到周五排课
7. 课时费：160元/课时（45分钟/课时，具体课时费以试讲情况商定）
8. 办公地点：山东德州市大学校园内，具体地点面试时沟通
9. 是否需要坐班：不需要

Job Description (part-time) :
1. Responsible for teaching professional courses of university cooperative school-running projects, specializing in preschool education
2. Teach according to the curriculum plan formulated by the school, and arrange staged tests
3. Obey the work arrangement of the teaching department and achieve the teaching tasks and objectives required by the company and the school
4. Provide courseware and other related teaching materials according to the requirements of the school, and cooperate with the school for review
5. Effective classroom management for students
6. Working hours: From March 2024, classes will be scheduled from Monday to Friday
7. Class fee: 160 yuan/class time (45 minutes/class time, the specific class fee is determined by the trial situation)
8. Office location: Shandong Dezhou University campus, specific location during the interview communication
9. Do you need to sit in: No

任职要求：
1. 专业：学前教育相关教育背景，有韩国留学经历者优先，最好能用韩语授课
2. 本科及以上学历，一年及以上教育教学经验，有中国任教经验优先
3. 有较好的教学能力及学生沟通的能力，对教学有热情，善于调动课堂气氛
4. 诚实守信，有事业心和责任感
5. 可教授以下专业课程（至少一门）：
 幼儿教育概论
 幼儿教师论
 幼儿教育研究方法
 家长教育
 创造和思考

Job Requirements:
1. Major: Pre-school education related education background, experience of studying in South Korea is preferred, preferably able to teach in Korean
2. Bachelor degree or above, one year or more teaching experience, teaching experience in China is preferred
3. Have good teaching ability and student communication ability, have enthusiasm for teaching, and be good at mobilizing the classroom atmosphere
4. Honest and trustworthy, career-minded and responsible
5. Can teach the following professional courses (at least one) :
 Introduction to early childhood education
 on preschool teachers
 Research methods of early childhood education
 Parent education
 Create and think
