1. Provide quality English instruction to Chinese youth ages 3-6.
2. Effectively teach Chinese youth ages 3-6 in individual, small group, and large group settings.
3. Effectively, responsibly, and appropriately manage Chinese youth ages 3-6 in a classroom setting with integrity, responsibility, diligence, and professionalism.
4. Effectively evaluate student strengths and growth areas.
5. Develop lesson plans.
6. Implement educational best practices.
7. Effectively support continued student development.
8. Build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
9. Professionally and positively represent and promote our company in the Chinese and international community.
