With offices in Los Angeles and Shanghai, American Education Advisors (AEA) is recruiting Preschool & Kindergarten Teachers for our partner schools in Shanghai and across 40+ cities in China. Classes start in late August.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans suitable for preschool children
- Employ multiple educational methods (storytelling, educational play, games etc.) to teach children
- Observe and interact with each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Assist children in developing their artistic and practical skills through a carefully designed curriculum (identify shapes, colors or numbers, arts & crafts, etc.)
- Track children's progress and discuss with parents
- Collaborate with colleagues

SALARY
- 20,000 - 25,000 Chinese Yuan per month

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of full-time related teaching experience
- Previous experience teaching one or more of the following curricula is preferred, but not required: Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, play-based, project-based. 
- TEFL, TESOL or CELTA is preferred, but not required.
- Teachers over 60 are not eligible due to China's work visa policies.
