Basic Info
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (includes 1 hour lunch break);
2. Student Age: 2 to 3 years old;
3. Curriculum: Blended IB and Montessori;
4. Location: Changping Road Line 7, Jingan district, Shanghai;

Job Description

1. Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2. Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3. Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4. Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5. Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6. Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7. Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Preferred)
• Must have TEFL certification (at least 120 hours)
• Teaching Certificate(PGCE, State Teaching Licence)(Desired)
• 2 years of kindergarten teaching experience required (IB and/or Montessori experience strongly preferred)
• Must hold a passport from one of the following countries: UK, US, Canada, South Africa
- Must be based in Shanghai as onsite interview and demo is required.
