Job Description

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan;
2.Organize learning material and resources;
3.Use a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Keep a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information;
6.Assess students’ performance and progress;
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above required;
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.Two years of teaching experience in related fields preferred;
5. Native English Speakers from US, CA, AU, NZ, IR

Salary and Benefits
1.Salary range 26,000 to 28,000 RMB per month after tax based on experience and qualifications;
