Basic Info

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm, 8 hours per day, 2 days off;
Student Age: 2 to 3 years old;
Class Size: 20 students per class;

Job Description

Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements

Native English speaker;
Bachelor's degree or above;
Clear criminal background check;
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification or at least two years of previous teaching experience in related field;

Salary and Benefits

Salary range from 26,000 to 29,000 RMB after tax based on experience and qualifications;
