Basic Info
1.Working Hours: 40 working hours per week from Monday to Friday
2.Student Level: 2 to 3 years old
3.Class Size: 20-25 student in one class

Job Descriptions

1.Planning, evaluating, and delivering lessons;
2.Introduce children to the disciplines of mathematics, language, science, and social studies;
3.Use games, music, artworks, films, books, computers, and other tools to teach basic skills;
4.Cooperate with colleagues to plan and implement school activities both indoors and outdoors;
5.Be responsible for children’s daily learning and living at kindergarten and ensure their safety;
6.Write quarterly progress reports to record children’s development and communicate with parents on a regular basis;

Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above (Education, linguistics or English major given top priority);
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.Related teaching experience preferred;

Salary and Benefits
1.Salary: 16,000-26,000RMB (after tax) based on experience and qualification;
2.House Allowance 2,000RMB (after tax) per Month;
3.2,000 RMB (after tax) bonus based on teacher’s performance data;
4.Airfare reimbursement: 8,000RMB (USD 1100) can be reimbursed when renew the contract;
5.Commercial medical insurance provided;
6.Airport pickup assistance and grounding service;
7.Visa: Sponsored legal Z work visa. No reimbursement for notarization or authentication. But school will assist and pay for the work visa application fee;
8.On-board orientation and monthly training;
9.Holidays:
- All Chinese statutory holidays;
- 5 days full paid Summer holiday and 5 days full paid winter holiday (increase 5 days per year)
- Sick leave: 10 days 50% paid sick leave
