As a Prescription Manager, you will have as a main responsibility to drive prescription activities and growth initiatives focused on end users and consultants in the territory/market, to build a robust project pipeline and meet sales objectives for the territory. Your Key Deliverables: Support all aspects of the relationship with Consultants/ Specifying bodies within the assigned area of responsibility. Include Eaton products and systems in Specifications and Approved Vendor Lists. Provide technical assistance to Consultants / Specifying bodies. Master Eaton’s product portfolio in LV/MV Assemblies, PQ products and software tools. Communicate specification detail, Project detail and successful contractor information to sales force for follow up. Support the goals/objectives of the sales team, by maximizing coverage and relationships with consultants, End users and contractors Provide assistance, consulting engineers and channel partners in the territory/market for IEC Assemblies. Design assistance includes product selection, layout, competitive comparison, elevation drawings, configuration, etc. Deliver training programs to customers on advanced topics including safety, reliability and product technology that differentiate Eaton in the marketplace. Gather customer feedback and provide input to regional product management team in an effort to improve product acceptance in the marketplace and drive roadmap development. Work with marketing to identify new opportunities and be a key contributor to the commercial strategy development. Be aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitor activities. Communicate such information to sales management and product managers. Plan promotional efforts, presentations and training sessions with consultants in coordination with regional marketing team Ensure Consultant Libraries are always up to date Are you? Qualifications Required: Engineering degree in a related field (ideally Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experienc 7 to 10 years of experience on a similar position Ability to read plans and specifications Knowledge of MV and LV Assembly products and applications (including IEC designs) Knowledge of Codes and Standards Excellent Presentation and Communication skills Then we want to hear about you!
