Key Responsibilities:
1. Certificates management, and copy usage record.
2. Assistant to organize President business travel, book tickets, hotel reservation, coordinate with Admin and Driver.
3. Reimbursement of President business cost and admin cost.
4. Key Customer visit schedule follow up and reception.
5. President office working environment management.
6. Other assignments.
Job Specifications:
1.Basic English at least.
2.In good command of basic function of word and excel.
3.Have patient, careful, good communication ability.
4.good manners, behavior properly, confidentiality conscientious.
5.Down-to-earth effort, willingly to work for long.
Prefer:
1-3 years relevant working experience, no fertility plan within 2-3 years.
