Key Responsibilities

1. Design and execute new message of HIV prevention such as PrEP, U=U etc.
2. Develop and execute peer and volunteer programme on sexual health promotion among MSM community
3. Tailor physical outreach strategies targeting the MSM community to promote sexual health and HIV testing service
4. Coordinate and implement sexual health workshops, programmes, and health care promotion training.
5. Assist Program Manager in overseeing the strategies and execution of above mentioned services to MSM community and to develop workers’ capacity building initiatives
6. Relevant report writing, survey evaluation, program administration and networking tasks as well as any ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications and experience

1. Registered Social Worker (Associate Degree or above) or Degree holder in Counselling
2. 2-years’ relevant experience, preferable in providing services to diverse communities
3. Knowledge about HIV / LGBT community and project management, drug issues would be a definite advantage                                                                                           
4. Presentation and communication skills to work with internal and external parties
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office operations, social media related knowledge a definite bonus                                                                      
6. Proficient in English and Chinese (written and speaking). Mandarin an advantage
7. A team player that is open-minded, pro-active, well organised, acts effectively in good quality and able to meet set timeline
