Job Description

  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    ACCOUNTABILITY

    • Enforce pricing policies (“No price/No ship”)
    • Calculate, monitor, adjust, and implement accruals and price adjustments in SAP
    • Timely and accurate entry of all pricing components
      Check sales contracts for reasonability of pricing, terms, and rebate information
      Coordinate and execute contract terms and conditions regarding pricing
    • Manage pricing practices to ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance
    • Prepare global customer rebate analysis    

      RESPONSIBILITY

    • Monitoring the price entries from Salesforce.com (SFDC) to SAP system
    • Research and troubleshoot price discrepancies
    • Keeping contact with Sales Support, Sales/Business and Customer Service Representatives
    • Accomplish the Monthly Missing Price report and Monthly Highlights report
    • Work in close cooperation with Global Pricing Team
    • Perform all duties in accordance with policy sets, work instructions and procedures
    • Collaboration with internal and external auditors
    • Escalate issues to the Team Leader / OTC Global Resupply and Price Coordination Manager
    • Satisfy metrics as defined by Albemarle
    • Commission invoice verification and processing in Esker system
    • Coordination of agent commissions in cooperation with our commission agents
    • Provide quarterly royalty and rebate report to Sales / Business to follow rebate accruals.

      EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

      College or university degree

      ADDITIONAL, SKILLS, CAPABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE

    • Fluency in English
    • College or university degree or relevant experience
    • Good IT skills (MS Office)
    • SAP, SFDC knowledge is an advantage
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Costumer focused attitude; meet or exceed customer expectations
