About The Role:
RWS are well progressed into their “One RWS” strategy and are looking to enhance the new Language Service Pricing Operations team with the addition of a new Role. Primarily working in the Language Services area, but also cross trained to be able to support the Technology Pricing Operations area too.

Main Duties Include:
The successful candidate will work directly with the Senior Pricing Specialist, who is based in the UK, and will be responsible for the initial review of Language Services pricing requests from the sales team, ensuring sufficient detail has been provided to support any further escalations to the Pricing Council, validating that Services that are being invoiced match back to Client contracts, identifying potential gaps to the Customer Service / Sales team, where additional Services could be provided to the client to increase Client spend.  The candidate will also be expected to support sales teams in all RWS territories other territories as directed, and to delegate for other members of the Pricing Operations Languages Services Team the Pricing Specialist in their absence. 

On a day to day basis they will assist Sales in the production of rate cards for RFPs for new clients in the SFDC CPQ system and assist and provide advice and guidance related to RWS’s pricing, all in accordance with established pricing strategies and policies.
The candidate must have good analytical skills and be able to turnaround responses with a high level of detail and accuracy and be able to communicate effectively not only with the Sales Team but also with members of senior management. 

The candidate must have the candour to be able to ensure that sales people follow correct processes and policies, whilst maintaining an inclusive team attitude towards them. 

Working in a complex and ever changing area, the candidate must be able to work quickly but accurately and work to what can be very tight deadlines, whilst managing multiple activities and projects at the same time.

Ideally with some experience of the localisation industry but not a pre-requisite.

Strong Excel skills are required as there is a significant amount of data analysis and manipulation required to support this area, as is the ability to be able to present analysis and recommendations in very short time period (hours not days).

* Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
* Numerate and PC literate with very strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Ability to pick up, understand and develop new logic “flows” within the SFDC environment.
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy environment
* Fast learner with a “Can do” attitude
* Methodical and organized in approach to all multiple tasks at once
* Good team player with the ability to work on own initiative as required
* Ability to communicate confidently at all times with all colleagues, both internal and external and at all levels.
* Works in a client focused manner to ensure internal clients receive an excellent service, and to ensure that all external clients have the best user experience whilst working with RWS
* Excellent time management and deadline oriented
* Ability to work flexible hours to support multiple time zones
