Eaton Electrical is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst (8-month contract) to join our Marketing team! This position is based at our Burlington, ON, facility. Position Overview: The candidate will be responsible for supporting the pricing function, aligned with Eaton’s growth strategy and Business- to- Business (B2B) customer journey. This includes, supporting the roll out of pricing tools, best practices and insights that help balance profitability and competitiveness. The candidate should understand the importance of the B2B buyer journey and draw on the perspectives and needs of the customer, creating informative content that drives conversation, leads and sales. The role will require the candidate to collaborate with both sales and marketing teams. In this function you will: Partner with product managers to roll out the respective profit plan workbooks; responsibilities would include enhancing and maintaining the workbooks Roll out advanced pricing methods, tools, systems, best practices, and technology to the commercial teams Assist in execution of General Price Increase (GPI) including setting targets, coordinating market communications with division sales teams, and measurement of yield Assist in implementation of pricing software and tools, profit waterfall projects, mix improvement, low margin opportunities Analyze web and other sources of campaign data to provide insights for improvement Support marketing events (webinars, distributor events, tradeshows) Qualifications Basic Qualifications: University degree or college diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications from an accredited institution Legally authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis without company sponsorship This position does not offer relocation Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Microsoft Office specifically demonstrated advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerBI skills Knowledge of the following software applications; QlikView, Business Intelligence, statistical and modeling software Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community Position Criteria: Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Effective time management and project management skills Highly motivated, self-starting, enthusiastic, results oriented team player We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
