Job Overview
Provide retail pricing support and analysis to the Pricing Implementation team to ensure accurate retail pricing for Freightliner and Western Star new truck products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting that promotes and confirms accurate and timely retail pricing
- Develop and maintain reporting that verifies retail pricing adherence to approved strategies
- Recommend and help drive process improvements within the Pricing Implementation team
- Recommend and develop metrics for KPIs to highlight and promote workflow opportunities
- Create data visualization tools to assist with driving retail pricing accuracy and consistency
- Work cross-functionally with Ft. Mill counterparts; some travel required (less than 10%)
- Summarize and present key data to management
- Customer service emphasis; regular communication with District Managers, CAE, Costing, Invoicing and SpecPro/Data Book groups both at the Analyst and Management levels
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college required
- Degree focus in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field preferred
- An attached resume is required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Tableau or comparable data visualization tool experience required
- Alteryx or comparable data analytics platform experience required
- General interest in, knowledge of, or previous experience in the heavy duty truck industry preferred
