Job Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations in Customer Care Center for price update and maintenance
• Support data master maintenance at timely and qualitative manners, for example, pricing, customer data, etc
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to verify and clarify matters during course of operations
• Report preparation and compilation for customer and management approval
• Maintain high standard of customer service excellence
• Ad hoc project support assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• 3 - 5 years working experience in customer service, sales administration and/or order fulfillment
• Good command of Microsoft applications
• Good command of SAP and/or other ERP systems
• Good command of English (written) and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and possess logical and critical thinking, sensitive to numeric and quantitative details
• Customer oriented and professional manner in handling phone calls
• Strong writing and presentation skills are essential
• Proactive and sound interpersonal skills
