Due to our rapid expansion, our Kowloon Bay office is seeking a qualified, talented individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Negotiate rates with ocean carriers and truckers

Maintain effective communication good relationships with carriers and overseas offices/agents to secure origin and destination charges

Prepare pricing quotation to internal and external customers

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedure to Seafreight operation team

Requirements:
Holder of HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent

2 years relevant experience in freight forwarding industry

Knowledge or experience in transpacific Latin America trade lanes operations or pricing structure will be an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service oriented mindset

Good analytical and organizational skills

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
