Eaton’s Electrical Products Group is currently seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our team. This position is based at our Juarez, MX facility. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the pricing function, aligned with Eaton’s growth strategy and Business- to- Business (B2B) customer journey. This includes, supporting the roll out of pricing tools, best practices and insights that help balance profitability and competitiveness. Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Provide pricing support for to the division product teams to enable deployment of effective pricing strategies Load, maintain and validate all price files in SAP Maintain Distributor Pricing and data integrity in the Industry Data Warehouse and Trade Services Create price sheets for internal and external sales force Address routine pricing matters on a daily basis ( eg- calculation prices between price files, customer requests ) Set up pricing in SAP for new products Maintain order policy condition records in SAP and approved exceptions to standard order policies. Focus on General Price Increase related activities Assists in pricing requests and analysis for internal and external sales force Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution 2+ years of experience in data analytics Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced capabilities in Excel No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Active Duty Military personnel are exempt from any geographic requirements Preferred Qualifications: Strong computer skills with Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, with an intermediate to advanced skill level in MS Excel including Macros, V-Look-Ups, Pivot Tables, and Templates . Ability to understand data, identify risks, develop recommendations and implement solutions Experience with SAP and Business warehouse reporting tool Advanced capabilities in Power BI Ability to learn and apply new procedures quickly Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and solve complex business problems and ensure processes and methodologies are defined and effectively applied Ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete requests and assignments in a timely manner.
