Basic Info

1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm lunch break
2.Teaching hours: ≤20 periods (40 minutes per class)
3.Class Size: 10 to 30 students per class;

Job Description

1.Put together informative and engaging lesson plans for assigned subjects;
2.Use a variety of visual aids, textbooks and creative projects to gain student involvement;
3.Grade students’ tests and conduct progress reports;
4.Enforce rules and disciplinary action;
5.Keep in contact with both students and parents for counseling related purposes;
6.Participate in related school events and activities;

Requirements

1.Native English Speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above ;
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.A minimum 2 years of previous teaching experience;
6.Related education background and work experience is required;
7.Teaching license preferred;

Salary & Benefits:

1.Monthly Salary: 20,000 - 28,000 RMB before tax
2.Bonus:
3.Monthly/Semester/Yearly: 70% of one month’s salary if contract is renewed
4. Overtime Allowance: 150 RMB per class (Primary/Secondary School)
5. Festivals: Same as Chinese staff holidays plus Christmas Day
6. Food Allowance: 450 RMB per month
7. Water & Electricity Allowance: 300 RMB per month if living on campus
8. Paid Holidays: Winter holidays and other official Chinese holidays
9. Housing Allowance: Free apartment provided; RMB 2400 housing allowance if renting off-campus
10. Business Insurance: Provided
11. Transportation Allowance: 6,000 - 10,000 RMB per year at the end of the contract
12. Semester Teaching Bonus: Up to 6,000 RMB (up to 12,000 RMB yearly based on evaluation results)

Independent Room: Includes living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and study

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 20,000 to 28,000 RMB before tax per month based on experience and qualifications (Salaries could exceed this limit if the candidate has higher qualifications - e.g. a masters or PHD in the related subject, and experience over 10 years);
2.A fully furnished free apartment including all necessary electronic appliances, internet, and Wi-Fi provided or housing allowance 2,400 RMB per month (if you would like to rent a house outside);
3.Utility allowance: 300 RMB fee for the monthly expense of water and electricity;
4.Work visa provided, relevant expenses produced in China are covered by the school;
5.Medical insurance + Accident insurance provided;
6.450 RMB meal allowance provided monthly;
7.Flight reimbursement 6,000 - 10,000 RMB available annually;

- All Chinese statutory holidays
- Fully paid 20-30 days winter holiday
- 50-60 days summer holiday not covered, when the contract is renewed, 70% of one extra month salary will be paid
