Basic Requirements:
• Native English Speakers from UK, US, Canada, South Africa or New Zealand etc;
• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Must be a holder of a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or State/provincial teaching license (still valid);
• At least one year teaching experience;
• Open-minded, easy-going, patient and responsible;
• Would like to work with kids;
• A demonstrated respect of the values, cultural differences and expectations of the Chinese parents;
