2 ESL & Homeroom Teachers (Primary School)

General Summary:
To provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences, and to prepare lessons and instructional materials based on student needs. To create an educational environment where students can study and reach their full potential.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher

TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or 2+ years of English teaching experience

Non-criminal record

Native English speaker

TEFL in China / PGCE / QTS / other teaching license preferred

Strong teaching, presentation, written and verbal communication skills

Start Date:
August 25, 2026

Teaching & Office Hours:
Teaching periods: 20–24 periods per week (35 minutes each)

Office hours: 8:15–11:50 AM, 1:30–5:15 PM (Monday to Friday)

Schedule may vary in winter and summer

Class Size:
Up to 30 students per class

Salary & Benefits:
Monthly salary: 20,000 – 25,000 RMB (pre-tax)

Paid holidays: winter/summer breaks, national holidays, and one day off on Christmas Day

Winter break: approx. 25 days

Summer break: approx. 55 days

Allowance: 15,000 RMB for each break (duration subject to school academic calendar)

Meal allowance: 450 RMB/month

Housing: free on-campus apartment or up to 2,400 RMB/month allowance

Utilities: 300 RMB/month covered for water and electricity (school apartment)

Paid sick leave: 4 days per school year

High-end medical insurance (direct billing at designated domestic hospitals + VIP services)

Flight allowance: up to 10,000 RMB per school year

Renewal bonus: 6,000 RMB

Other benefits: monthly attendance bonus, birthday allowance, traditional festival gifts or red envelopes
