1. Understand and follow the foundation curriculum and assessment guidelines for teaching.
2. Develop lesson plans and strategies to teach Chinese Language and Chinese Study to students
3. Develop a good working relationship with the Chinese teacher, cooperate and plan on related co-teaching and class management.
4. Organize and take part in the related school activities.
5. Make use of existing teaching resources e.g. the books, the appliance to achieve teaching goals.
6. Create resources.
7. Develop workable differentiated teaching objectives, content and curriculum suitable for students.
8. Evaluate and reflect on lessons to improve teaching objectives and methods.
9. Identify, record and deliver instructions and educational lesson plans accordingly to cater for all students.
10. Be aware and understand the latest educational research
11. Choose and attend workshops to enhance personal growth, self-development and teaching skills.
12. Other jobs as arranged or directed by the Principal.
