Position: Primary Homeroom Teacher
Start Date: August，2025
Location : Suzhou
Working hours: Monday to Friday


Salary and Benefits:
Base salary:24-30k pretax/ month based on experience and qualifications;
Housing allowance: 5k/month；
Flight allowance: 8k/year

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and follow a complete teaching plan;
2. Be familiar with IPC curriculum.
3. Organize learning material and resources;
4. Use a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children's abilities;
5. Keep a positive and active learning environment for children;
6. Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information;
7. Assess students' performance and progress;
8. Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;
9. Good at parent communication and the job of nursery school parent


Requirements:
1. Native speaker in China;
2. Bachelor's degree or above required (early childhood education related major preferred);
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4. Clear criminal background check;
5. Previous 2-year teaching experience in related fields required;
