Position: ESL Teacher

Job Responsibilities:
1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan;
2.Be familiar with IPC Curriculum.
3.Organize learning material and resources;
4.Use a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
5.Keep a positive and active learning environment for children;
6.Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information;
7.Assess students’ performance and progress;
8.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;
9.Good at parent communication and the job of nursery school parent

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above required
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.Previous 2-year teaching experience in related fields required;

Salary and Benefits:
1.Base salary 20,000 to 30,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
