Job Description：
1. Responsible for teaching English Language Arts and Science courses for the primary school level. The teaching design and implementation are carried out in accordance with the school's curriculum framework and teaching objectives.
2. Served as the homeroom teacher, fully responsible for the daily management of the class, paying attention to students' academic progress and physical and mental development, and creating a positive, orderly and inclusive learning environment.
3. Develop and implement class routines, organize class meetings and student activities, and establish a good teacher-student relationship and a communication mechanism between the school and the family.
4. Based on the students' language proficiency and learning needs, provide differentiated teaching and personalized tutoring.
5. Actively participate in school's teaching research activities, training sessions and academic conferences, continuously improving teaching quality and professional development.
6. Work closely with Chinese teachers and other foreign teachers to jointly promote interdisciplinary teaching projects (such as PBL, STEAM, etc.).
7. Participate in school activities (such as parent meetings, open days, festival events, etc.), and support the overall educational goals of the school and the construction of community culture.
Job Requirements:
1. Native English speaker
2. Bachelor's degree or above in Education, with a major in Primary Education, English Education, Science Education or a related field.
3. Hold QTS, US State Teacher License, or equivalent internationally recognized teacher qualification certificate.
4. At least 2 years of full-time teaching experience at the primary school level. Those with experience in international schools or bilingual schools are preferred.
5. Possess solid classroom management skills and a sense of student care, able to balance teaching and class management.
6. Positive, enthusiastic, responsible, with good professional ethics and educational sentiment.
Salary and benefit:
RMB24 to 28K per month
Provided 2k housing allowance
Flight reimbursement: 6K
