Position: Primary Homeroom Teacher

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Homeroom Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team in Shanghai. The successful candidate will create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach core subjects including English, Math, Science, and Social Studies in a bilingual or international learning environment.

Develop and deliver creative, student-centered lesson plans aligned with school standards.

Foster a caring, inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and regular communication with parents.

Collaborate with co-teachers and subject teachers to support whole-child development.

Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development sessions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).

Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in primary education.

Native-level English proficiency.

Experience in international or bilingual school settings is an advantage.
