1. Provide group class instruction to Chinese students in the primary school.
2. Teach English and co-teach UOI in Primary Years Program.
3. Have a specialized knowledge teaching English to second language learners and research to develop knowledge further.
4. Understand and adhere to the curriculum, policies and procedures of the school.
5. Demonstrate professionalism: in dress, in manner and staff relationships in the school environment.
6. Follow the guidance, direction and leadership of the head of curriculum as required.
7. Prepare lesson plans according to the school requirements, have flexible and diverse teaching methods, and can efficiently complete the teaching tasks.
8. Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
9. Teaching Hours: up to 22 teaching periods per week.


Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or above;
Related teaching certificates holder.
Be familiar with PYP and inquiry teaching
Patient, easy-going, strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational skills and teamwork spirit.

Compensation& Benefits
Monthly salary before tax:
-Teaching position: RMB 29,000 - 38,000
ⅱ. Full payment for winter and summer vacations
ⅲ. Two-year employment contract bonus (approx. one month salary before tax)
ⅳ. Free shared apartment or Housing allowance of RMB5,000
ⅴ. Reimbursement for annual round trip flights maximum USD 2,000 (Beijing - home country)
