1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day;

Job Description

1.Teaching English as a second language to students of primary age, in line with school curriculum requirement;
2.Teach trans disciplinary units of inquiry alongside local teachers;
3.Teach one additional subject; for example math, PE or drama alongside a local teacher, in order to promote English learning outside of English subject classes;
4.Teach either an interest class based around a hobby or interest (eg cooking, photography) OR run pull out sessions for native/near native English speakers;
5.Run after school club twice a week;
6.Attend scheduled meetings in order to collaborative with co-teachers and other members of the department;
7.Attend duty once a week and speak with students in order to promote their English language acquisition;
8.Attend whole school weekly event, for example flag raising and morning exercise;

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher
2.TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, PGCE, or equivalent certification
3.Clean criminal background check
4.Teaching experience in IB PYP or equivalent curriculum
5. Native English Speaker, applicants who are already in China are prioritized


Salary and Benefits


1. Salary Range : 24,000 to 28,000 RMB (before tax) per month based on experience and qualifications;
2. Housing allowance 2,000 RMB per month included in the salary package;
