Responsibilities:
1）Responsible for related courses (including lesson planning, teaching, preparation of teaching supplies and props, arrangement of after class homework, evaluation of teaching outcomes and parents feedback template). Responsible for grading students' homework, and the score standard should be based on each student's performance in class. Correct children's mistake in pronunciation after class. Open to accept suggestions from parents, assistant teachers and school administrators to improve teaching skills. Responsible for the teaching result and teaching quality of subjects taught, and Chinese English teachers will act as translator between International Teachers and parents.
2) Expand students' international vision and infiltrate into the western cultural. Train students to understand the world better, broaden students' horizons and promote their intellectual development.
3) Participate in all teaching and research activities and communicate with Chinese teachers on teaching progress, so as to set up teaching objectives and contents to avoid repetition and tediousness.
4)Participate in students’ activities, such as sports meeting, parents' meeting, English speech, etc.
5)Join in the class Wechat group of parents, communicate with parents regularly, give feedback and evaluation on students' homework.
6)Participate in the student enrollment activities of the Department and undertake related duties.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant major;
 Relevant subject majors or teaching credentials preferred
 Minimum 2 years’ verifiable subject teaching experience;
 Working experience in K-12 school( preferred)
 Good team player and solid communication skills;
 Passport holder from: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa ( Due to China's visa regulation )
 Cross cultural awareness
 Specialized in Arts, drama. music or sports(preferred)
 Experiences teaching in an ESL environment
