Primary PE Teacher – Shanghai Lingang

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary PE Teacher to join our growing international school community in Shanghai. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop a lifelong love of physical activity, teamwork, and healthy living through engaging and inclusive PE lessons.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality Physical Education lessons for primary students
Promote physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyles
Organize and supervise sports activities, competitions, and school events
Assess student progress and provide regular feedback and reports
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment during all PE activities
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and extracurricular programs
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities
Requirements
Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Education, or a related field
Valid teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, teaching license, etc.) preferred
Previous experience teaching PE at the primary level preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for working with young learners and promoting student well-being
Experience in an international or bilingual school setting is an advantage
