Primary Performing Arts Teacher – Dance & Dram

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and passionate Primary Performing Arts Teacher to join an international/bilingual school in Guangzhou.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both Dance and Drama and be passionate about helping young students develop creativity, confidence, self-expression, and performance skills.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Dance and Drama lessons for primary students
Develop students’ creativity, confidence, collaboration, and performance skills
Prepare and support students for school performances, showcases, and productions
Create age-appropriate and engaging performing arts activities
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with teachers and the wider school community on performing arts projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Performing Arts, Dance, Drama, Theatre, Education, or a related field
Strong experience in both Dance and Drama
Relevant experience teaching performing arts to primary-aged students
British candidates preferred
Recognized teaching qualification/certificate is highly preferred
Creative, energetic, and confident personality
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Passionate about working with young learners
Candidates available to start in December 2026 or January 2027 are preferred
