About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Primary STEM Teacher to inspire young learners in our dynamic bilingual environment. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, hands-on STEM lessons that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will create a stimulating classroom atmosphere where students are encouraged to explore, experiment, and build a strong foundation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, inquiry-based STEM lessons for primary students.

Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning needs within a bilingual setting.

Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes a love for STEM subjects.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.

Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to support student development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of related teaching experience in a bilingual or international school setting.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree or higher is preferred.

Excellent English pronunciation and clear, articulate instructional delivery.

A recognized teaching license (PGCE, QTS, State license, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

A passion for STEM education and a commitment to innovative teaching methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: RMB 35,000 per month (including housing allowance).
