The Role
We are seeking high-performing staff for our Primary School, commencing from August 2026.
We seek passionate teachers with the vision, ambition and drive to contribute to our rapidly expanding PrimarySchool. Outstanding interpersonal skills are a must, along with a desire to innovate and embrace the challenges anddelights that will come with being part of an outstanding team. They need to possess excellent organisational andcommunication skills and be an enthusiastic, energetic and innovative teacher, who is committed to flexible andvaried styles of teaching. All academic staff are expected to teach to the highest professional standards and supportand uphold the ethos, aims and objectives of the School. We are a community which believes in mutual supportand co-operation.
We welcome applications from qualified, experienced, committed teachers working in state and independent sectorsin their own countries, as well as those working internationally.
Requirements
A minimum two years’ teaching experience in a primary school setting;
Experience of overseas teaching or of teaching international pupils is an advantage;
High level of English proficiency required;
Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child;
The ability and aspiration to attain high standards;
Excellent interpersonal skills, visible through their relations with children, colleagues, parents and other professionals;
A track record of exceptional pastoral care and be able to prioritise the happiness and wellbeing of all students;
Respect for all members of a school community, irrespective of position, age and ethnic background;
A positive and solution-focused attitude to working life;
Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language;
A clean police check and no question regarding suitability to work with children.
The following would be advantageous:
Recent and consistent involvement in extra-curricular activities;
Familiarity and/or recent experience with the UK National Curriculum.
Qualifications:
Appropriate degree and teaching qualification in primary education, such as B.Ed. or P.G.C.E., giving QTS orequivalent.
