The Role
• Teach drama to Grades 1-6 (≤ 15 teaching hrs/week; 40 hrs total, Mon-Fri).
• Deliver an engaging, skills-based curriculum that builds confidence, creativity & collaboration.
• Direct at least one full-scale primary production per semester.
• Coach students for LAMDA/Trinity or local drama festivals (optional, extra stipend available).
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate drama across IPC units.
Your Script
✓ 1–2+ years of PRIMARY-LEVEL drama-teaching experience (classroom, studio or theatre-ed).
✓ Drama-theatre degree or PGCE/QTS/Teaching licence preferred.
✓ Energy to spare, classroom-management chops, and a repertoire of warm-ups that actually work.
✓ Native-level English (passport-open; all nationalities & backgrounds welcome).

• Annual base salary ¥200 k–400 k (≈ US $28 k–56 k) – negotiable by experience.
